      There are some amazing people that work in the U.S. Great location

      Cons

      Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. Focus more on the people that are working for you now instead of the company's you are acquiring. Compensate your employees based on the Market and not what you think you can get out of them for the lowest salary.
