Pros

There are lots of great people at the company in the US. Everyone seemed really on-board with trying to transform the business out of the 90's and into the present.

Cons

Moving entire teams to the UK without any advanced notice, come on folks, respect your employees enough to give them some heads up. Real decisions are made in the UK, which sucks because a lot of really great work comes out of the US.

Pros

- Senior job title - Easy going immediate team

Cons

- Unlimited PTO in lieu of a competitive salary - Unorganized processes with zero desire for changes to improve efficiency - Responsible for duties not included in original job posting - Day to day process prioritized over big picture - Did not utilize team's skills to improve growth of division - High turn around rate - mostly hires people who are just out of school or have entry level experience - Lack of diversity - Lack of committees for communication across the company and teams - Response to COVID wasn't clear

Pros

The brands are very strong..although lacking in demographic data. The people are quite fantastic and very brilliant for the most part. But the best ones are hard to keep, due to constant revolving door.

Cons

Acquisition after Acquisition. Thats not a bad thing unless your buying only to dominate. the firm never catches up with assimilation of new brands and as a result people suffer, not C-Suite. Line managers have no real autonomy as EVERYTHING is micro-managed by the CEO. The C-Suite in general is not very kind to its's people. The mantras about being a "team" are hollow and non-existent, this firm truly does not care about its people despite depicting itself as an amazing work culture environment. It is mind boggling how many good people have come and gone. Honestly at any level of discipline do NOT work here.
