Pros

The company and most positions are competitive. People need to think actively and work hard to stand out. A good place if you love to face and solve challenges.

Cons

Irregular work hour to meet colleagues worldwide remotely. Many functions of company computers are blocked, which may cause some trouble. facilities are limited.

Pros

The base salary is competitive compared to other companies. A good work/life balance. Overall the company is still fast growing. So job security is not a problem if you're lucky enough to work under a reasonable manager.

Cons

No stock options. Very hierarchical -- very oriental way of management. Some of the managers are very incompetent and don't really know how to manage. The Internet/intranet does not work half of the time but you don't know which half. So it's extremely counterproductive. Half of your day could be easily wasted in struggling with the network. The company does not trust or respect its employees nor care how they really feel. Sometimes the employees are treated in insulting ways.
