Business Outlook
Pros
Interesting and important work that clients rely on heavily. People are friendly. Location nice and quiet in a very small town. Small company, around 15 people at the time, that some people might like. Since it is so small there is a lot of flexibility to accomplish things your own way.
Cons
Company is run solely by one family and their connections. Turnover in all positions is high, especially sales and newly invented positions. Other people were frequently hired for one position and ended up in another position outside of their experience, and when they failed to perform well in this new position they were fired.
