The contract is useless, at least in Mexico, you are fired from one moment to the other, you are not notified in time and they only give you one month's salary, they also make you sign a letter so that you cannot sue, otherwise they don't even give you a month's salary. There is no good communication between the teams and it is a very hierarchical company, it looks like a monarchy. When you get fired, HR does it without giving you clear explanations, your manager never gives you feedback explaining where you went wrong.

No room for promotion No career growth No upward movement of any kind No work life balance. Favoratism. Chaotic and unorganized "chain of command" or really lack there of. Pays way under market value. They will fire you if they ever catch wind you are looking at other jobs. Unrealistic time lines coupled with ungodly work loads will set you up for failure...then they will fire you. Too much trash talking of employees between managers. Bottom line this is one of the most toxic work cultures Ive ever been part of. I felt as if my job was on the line from the very first day i arrived. My team got absolutely obliterated in the one year I was there and now its just non existent. They expect everybody to be "all stars" and if your not they treat you like garbage until you quit or are fired. Stay clear.
