      I don't really have anything good to say. This was the worse job of my life.

      They hire sales reps to get their customer base and fire them. They also don't reiumburse you promptly for your expenses

      Brown Nosing Is encouraged and respected be prepared to bend the knee to all "solution architect" for the reason given and that is ,"i say so" "if your not with the bro's you got to go" "Outside of these company walls, you have absolutely no real power.       Pros

      I have challenging work and spend time with good people who feel the same as I do. I'm not required to spend time in a lot of meetings and I'm not micromanaged. Everything else is gravy.

      Cons

      No job is perfect and anyone who says so is probably not looking at things fairly. I'm not going to make anything change by talking about it on the internet. My boss listens to my ideas (pets in the office anyone?) that way so they actually get heard.
