Certain management teams will go behind your back to set meetings with vendors. American business culture has not been fully accepted. Many team members working on the same project without knowing.

Co-workers are generally nice enough to et along with. Benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Management is not nice and will backstab you in a heartbeat. No room to grow in the company as higher positions are only being filled by the Chinese. Very high chance of having your stuff stolen by co-workers and supervisors, even if your locker is locked. Health and safety is a joke and is not a concern for this place. There are a lot of safety issues and violations that you are supposed to ignore. Reporting safety issues or telling your supervisor that you feel unsafe doing your job will only place a target on your back as it is best to ignore all safety concerns. If you are injured on the job and have to take time off, you can kiss your job goodbye.
