Pros
you can work remotely if you want
Cons
Bait and switch hiring process. Extremely high turnover with zero knowledge transfer to new hire. Way too many people stuck in roles that don't have experience in and when they say that they are not comfortable in the role, they get reprimanded for not having a 'can-do' attitude. Way too frequent meaningless mandatory training sessions. Ambiguous yearly goals that don't even pertain to certain departments. 2023 goals weren't even communicated until early Q3. One goal is basically to give upper management better scores on the next employee satisfaction survey without them doing a single thing to actually try to make the work environment better. Basically chastising employees for not being happy while a large round of layoffs is looming.
