Pros

you can work remotely if you want

Cons

Bait and switch hiring process. Extremely high turnover with zero knowledge transfer to new hire. Way too many people stuck in roles that don't have experience in and when they say that they are not comfortable in the role, they get reprimanded for not having a 'can-do' attitude. Way too frequent meaningless mandatory training sessions. Ambiguous yearly goals that don't even pertain to certain departments. 2023 goals weren't even communicated until early Q3. One goal is basically to give upper management better scores on the next employee satisfaction survey without them doing a single thing to actually try to make the work environment better. Basically chastising employees for not being happy while a large round of layoffs is looming.

Pros

Work from home. All big wigs live in Florida. (Don’t care about local community)

Cons

Massive layoffs. No idea what they are doing. Say they want to give back to community but all the C suite lives in other states. Definitely trying to get acquired by another company. CMO is a joke!
