Pros

Great culture where i feel connected to the people even though we are Remote. New ideas/approaches encouraged and celebrated Leadership who are personable I love the sense of team spirit across teams and the openness of different teams to collaborate informally and formally to get things done/improved

Cons

It is busy and we set standards/expectations high, You need to be able to collaborate and multitask on median and long-term goals, while still delivering on short-term objectives.

Pros

This is a company that pushes boundaries. Be prepared to think outside the box and receive encouragement to be creative. Great flexibility with the remote working environment. Cross team collaboration is fantastic at GP. Everyone is encouraged to work as a team to achieve new highs but also get on and do what is needed. Working with market leaders and founders on a daily basis is inspiring. Learning new things about the industry each day whilst growing independently, is something that I love here at GP. You are encouraged to grow and not stand still.

Cons

This is not a company for you if you like to do the same thing each day. We are unique and strive to do new things to help our customers grow. We work the kinks and challenges to pave the way for growth. Work life balance can be a challenge for people as the world of remote work is not for everyone.

Pros

Remote work & work life balance Working with global teams Smart, hardworking people Fair pay

Cons

It's all good in the beginning, but later it comes into realization that joining this company comes with inherent uncertainties as job stability at G-P is not guaranteed, regardless of the team, role, experience, or time and dedication you give to this company. Communication is very poor, you really wouldn't know of what next until they tell you your role has been impacted and boom. Empathy is a joke as senior management does'nt really care. They have been undergoing massive layoffs for the past two years, affecting numerous talented and hardworking employees across various teams. The rationale for the layoffs, referred to as redundancy, is raising questions about the overall health of the business. While they present a facade of prosperity, the lack of transparency and unclear roadmap contribute to uncertainties about its actual performance.
