      Pros

      Fast growing global team. Diverse culture. Fast-paced learning. Great culture and vibe, super positive & friendly. Fantastic onboarding.

      Cons

      The ELT is not visible as much, they are there to show the great news, the positivity and amazing results the company is "thriving". They're not really addressing real issues why DEEL & REMOTE has the greater market share. Overall, they are not really transparent. There's so many roles such as VP, Head, Director, etc etc within the same department. The roles of who's who is blurred and the process is overwhelming. LAYOFFS. Every year they lay off employees without effectively communicating the reason & background. Yet they keep on hiring other team's department. FIX YOUR BUSINESS STRATEGIES!!!

      - Compensation and benefits are good - Fast-growing company - Strong tech stack - Results driven (although mostly focused on measuring vanity metrics instead of meaningful ones) - Opportunities to progress if you're well liked

      Cons

      - Poor work-life balance even for those used to working in fast-paced, high growth environments - Surface level culture - Investing heavily to bring new customers in but customer churn is high due to the nature of the product/solution - sustaining consistent growth will be challenging
