Pros

Good Immigration Support Good Client Base

Cons

Too much profit oriented, All companies are there to make money but it shows alot in g2o. Compensation is 20-30% below market guaranteed. No chance for career development Micro-management seen with all middle managers. It’s exhausting.

Pros

Before g2o, it was ICC. ICC was a great place to work. The President and CEO - John Kratz and Steven Glaser - were admirable men. They made the decisions that led the company down the right path. They hired great managers, and great employees, and in the mid 2010's it was an excellent place to be a part of.

Cons

When ICC became g2o, everything went down the drain. Leadership was not transparent, doors were always closed, employees no longer had the ability to give feedback, weren't being heard, all programs were cut, and it was a miserable place to be. Horrible morale.
