Pros

Used to be a good company when it was ICC

Cons

-Leadership doesnt care about employees -They cut most of the consultant benefits that existed at ICC - I think leadership failed to navigate the rebranding and organizational shift in a way that communicated employee value to the consultants. Very disappointing.

Pros

Currently everyone is remote due to pandemic. So, you can work from home no problem. They also encourage contracts that are remaining remote. They also offer lots of learning opportunities.

Cons

As a contractor, you dont really interact with others from g2o very much unless you have an issue.
