- Disorganized leadership which leads to constant crises - Abusive management—the amount of people that I saw cry here was shocking. Most of the people, myself included, were veterans of the agency environment, so it wasn’t a case of this just being agency life. There are extremely callous managers and little to no support for anyone who isn’t a manager. If you work here, expect to be belittled, insulted, gaslit, and more. - If you continue to work hard despite the hostile environment, know that it won’t do you any good. If they lose a client, expect to be let go. The disorganized leadership ultimately leads to them not being able to withstand tough times.
