So much opportunity for growth

Pros

Our company focuses on solving complex customer experience problems for our clients and there is so much to learn and so many ways to grow in all our areas of expertise that support that goal. The diverse projects keep me engaged and moving ahead.

Cons

It's a pro that our company has a hybrid working environment which I enjoy, but sometimes I find it easier to have in-person meetings around complex projects. Since we're hybrid it's hard to get that in place. But I suspect that's just my preferred working style.

Pros

- They trust us to act independently based on our own expertise and strengths - They provide clear and constructive, forward focused communication - There is always opportunity for learning new things due to the ever changing projects, and wide range of expertise/backgrounds that surround you - While there is an appropriate sense of professionalism, there is also a sense of community among the team regardless of position leading to a sum-is-greater-than-the-parts effect on teams - Flexibility with "Real life" responsibilities as a give and take as long as work is completed to the highest standards for clients

Cons

- Can sometimes be blurry or lower-structured communication or project layout due to complexity of said project, and potential need for quick adjustments as more is learned - As with any consulting, the level of stress within a project can vary with the "uncontrollable" e.g. recruiting, client interactions - Requires OCCASIONAL past 5 work when fielding to ensure positive recruiting results, but again this in my opinion is balanced by the flexibility mentioned above.
