The work environment is awful, the supervisors ate incompetent and don't communicate with each other. You will get double scheduled at different sites. I would get asked to fill supervisor spots when one didn't show up, after a month or 2 they refused to give me supervisor pay for the work. This is a good place to just get a job quick if you have security experience to look for somthing better, but if you are just starting, start somewhere else. The good people leave and go to better places and the crappy ones stay because they will not fire you no matter your incompetence. Also don't get hired flex they removed the $0.25 extra and they WILL call you non stop all the time you will have no home life.

Management is flip floppy on what they want. They will tell you to do one thing then in a few weeks when the client starts to ask why we were doing that the leadership/management "forgets" or asks like they never told you to do it. HELLO! The little man doesn't make the rule so you need to clue on the fact the leadership team is eighther very forgetful or they are lying to protect themself. This behavior has gone on for over a year and no one does anything.... just keep blaming the little guy. This makes for very BAD moral. Even people who only a week old make comments on the crapy moral and leadership/management. Turn over is crazy high!
