There are no cons to working here.

Cons

All the reviews are bogus and not posted by any employees. This is just upper mgmt's attempt to keep good ratings on this site. My advice is to just stay away from this company.

Pros

Opportunity for growth. Structured training within the sales department. GA Telesis has provided me a career and not just a job. Industry recognition. Professional environment. Positive competitive environment. Generous benefits. This company has never had a lay-off even in the worst of times. A CEO who does care and is fair, it seems you just can't keep everyone happy these days.

Cons

I really can't find any cons. Although if you arrive late or are one of the last to arrive you might have to walk from the back of the building.

Pros

All I can say is that this company is going places. Everyday I come to work there is an energy about that is incredible. I find myself excited to come to work. When I started about four years ago there were like 80 people and now there are like 375.

Cons

I agree with others that parking is a drag, but when I started it was not an issue. Hello, more cars means more people. More people means more jobs being created. more jobs being created means growth. I have also read a couple of negative review and they are not true. The CONS are the people that would write a lie about GA Telesis.
