Pros

I came to work at GA Telesis after working for a very large company in the Oil industry. GA Telesis has nothing to be envious of. The work environment at GA Telesis is excellent. One can tell that they try to keep their employees happy. There is a coffee room that is nothing short of a starbucks that is appropriately named "The Hangar", a cafeteria where you can purchase freshly made food and a gym. Everyone is very friendly, including senior management. Being able to easily approach senior management makes great workflow.
