Impossible place, avoid like plague

Pros

Well, it paid the bills (despite salaries are quite low) and on non-managerial level there were a lot of good, committed and skillful people

Cons

Absolutely worst management I've ever witnessed, no clearly communicated strategy, no clear direction, no clear WIIFM, secrecy, very slow progress

Thanks for sharing your feedback and for the years of service to the organization. GATES recently made several organizational changes that we believe will enhance engagement both with the customers and employees. The new leadership team believes that highly engaged employees yield outstanding customer success. There is a focus to providing more management training opportunities as well as conducting on-going feedback groups. A new HR administrator has been appointed who will be focused on employee engagement and training and development.

There are no pros working here

Cons

Employees are underpaid and management does not care about the well-being of employees. The company is like a revolving door with so many new faces nobody will stay and there is nobody working with any job experience.

The wages in Finland are negotiated and set under the CLA. Any questions regarding the wages as defined by the CLA can be answered by the on-site HR team.
