Team work was great and all the Research Scientists and Directors were excellent colleagues.

Cons

Recent changes since I have left are a mixed bag. New leadership is a clear shift in priorities.

Pay. Hours. If you can stay in your lane and not treat it like it’s your business you can do well.

Cons

Work/Life balance. If you have a strong sense of ownership in the company you work for be careful to not get over involved.
