Pay and benefits are great. People you work with are helpful and welcoming. Ability to learn all parts of the business exists.

Cons

Work life balance can be impacted at times. High turnover in certain groups.

Pros

Co workers are nice and easy to work with. Seems to have an above average job security.

Cons

High workload that is not compensated for. Overachieving does not equate to pay raise. Only way to get a decent raise is to be promoted.
