Great Pay and lovely team. People share all the knowledge with each other

Cons

There is no structure, so no support team exists. Leadership team keeps changing often which does not help the growth of an invidvidual.

The pay is good with overtime

Cons

Overtime is ridiculous, up to 80 hrs a week. Managment is based on good ol boy culture.
