Business Outlook
Pros
Good pay, friendly employees and production line supervisors. Opportunity for overtime is there if a senior person is not willing to take it. Company does make good quality product.
Cons
Shady management, very old manufacturing building, dirty and hot environment, "safety is a priority" practices are overlooked around every corner. Hours are not stable because the company manufacturing is seasonal so they work you like a dog the first part of the year and then lay you off during the winter months. Quick to terminate probational employees. No room for new hires to advance unless the old timers retire or die.
