      Well compensated but middle management is not horrible and will no protect its people.

      Pros

      Compensation is very good they also have good products for their customers with contractor programs and the marketing they do.

      Cons

      Managment is not good and divides the peers that work together. They are not committed to their employees and constantly getting rid of good quality people every year and you will have the threat that you are next.

      Pros

      Very good pay. Good people, and a friendly working environment

      Cons

      Working around hot asphalt, gravel, sand, and dust, no A/C or heat isn't for everybody. I was OK with it. Also, very long hours and 7-day workweeks for extended periods.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits were very good. The company was growing and developing new products within the roofing line as well as accessory items and vendor items. This is the best environment for someone who really likes to sell, since you are constantly being given new items to talk about and find markets for.

      Cons

      Within management the inside politics were brutal. The pay differential between Field Sales Mgr and Territory Manager did not justify the pressure. In my opinion, the Territory Manager is the best position in the company. As a "Manager" there was no formal training given or mentoring within the organization. It was more or less sink or swim.
