Us vs them culture. Poor management. Work life balance is horrendous definitely a job for a single person with no kids, friends or family.

Good management Office resources - Gym - Full Cafeteria - Nurse on campus - outdoor patio - etc. Easy and comfortable work enviroment

Money and learning curve Employees

Cons

Lack of work life balance, averaged 90 hours a week where overtime was mandatory. Management is non existent only out to blame when something goes wrong, goes out of his way to point fingers. Praise on the other hand is non existent. Pressure when equipment is down is unfathomable a multitude of people coming up with ideas that aren’t helpful. There is no ownership by operators.
