Company is still growing and with growth comes operational challenges. You need to be nimble and flexible.

Pros

Good benefits, decent comp for some roles. Many of us (in corporate office ) have been able to remain largely remote long term by default through the pandemic. Where onsite access is needed precautions and policies are in place / health checks / temp screening / mask policies / sanitizer everywhere to keep the offices safe.

Cons

Considerable technical debt in some areas of the tech stack. Tech stack in general pretty convoluted and not well understood in depth by most.

Lots of money to be made

Cons

All work all the time and management will burn you out and want you to be a team player but won't help you out in a jam. They also have favorites and people who work there don't have a life so it's alot of gossip that happens there since your always at work. Don't trust no one they will be trying to get you fired and smile in your face same time. The laziest worker is usually coo wit the supervisor and is a work snitch
