      Decent company, poor leadership, corporate politics (and it’s Modesto...)

      Pros

      +Overall good company. +Wine is fun and good discounts. +Company spent a lot of money to build buildings, equipment. +Did I say good wine?

      Cons

      -People are “shoulder-tapped” for positions, and others don’t get a fair shake during the interview. -My management didn’t help me develop professionally. It was up to me. -Senior people in the warehouse played favorites with people. Didn’t treat everyone fairly. -Need to get some of their processes in order - I would expect more from this large of a company.

      Amazing staff and culture.

      Pros

      Lots of training, educational classes, paid-work lunches and activities, young coworkers and fun work culture. Everyone has a really positive attitude and is really supportive. Good pay, mileage reimbursement and good benefits!

      Cons

      Early start time. Must be in accounts no later than 6am. Account managers are typically unpleasant and can be hostile. I was kicked out of several accounts just after introducing myself and the company I worked for. It's a very competitive industry. The account managers try to take advantage of you by only giving display locations to reps who do their "dirty"' work.

      Cons

      Advancement is not merit based, but who you know: The company culture is like a small town highschool. Bad health insurance.
