Work Life Balance is taken seriously... it's not just lip service here. Great people to work for and with. Amazing team environment. Excellent opportunities to advance within the organization. Family owned and they care deeply about their employees.

Cons

No real cons other than that much will be expected of you. It's a very dynamic, innovative work environment that can be taxing on people.

Pros

When you work at Gallo you really feel as though you are a part of the family. They make sure you are taken care of, have a great work/life balance and the tools to not only succeed at work but also succeed in life. They are very particular about who they choose to hire and in the end, it means you are surrounded by wonderful, nice, hard-working people.

Cons

Being a corporate environment, they are very slow to make any changes. You could see a project for change start and not end for years. Though it can be frustrating at times... it is what protects the company and the workers so that we still have a job when we need one.
