      Pros

      I love working with wine and great people and Gallo allows me to do both with opportunities to grow. I get to live in one of the worlds most beautiful places (Sonoma County) and travel to various wine regions to learn because of the breadth of Gallos holdings.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any.

      An Amazing Family Owned Company that cares

      Pros

      Gallo provides great benefits, provides a very relaxed work environment where you feel like a family, and provides a true sense of job security. A clear path for advancement and development is available for everyone, and the company believes in its products and people, and it shows.

      Cons

      Hard work with long hours. Work/Life balance is constantly be worked towards, but is unbalanced at the moment.

      Fantastic culture, great people, merit based advancement opportunity, competitive atmosphere, great brands/products, forward thinking company, great senior mentors, dynamic industry

      Cons

      Lots of moving parts with a large company in a complicated industry, might take someone who does not know the company/industry well a long time to get up to speed.
