      Pros

      The company has a great benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement), friendly work environment, work life balance. They also have a beautiful campus and family events each year.

      Cons

      Favoritism within the HR department and internal equity issues. It's more about who you know then how hard you work, so if you want to be promoted you have to smooze the right people. Not all departments are the same, some departments recognize/value hard work and reward the right individuals.
