      Pros

      Team player, energetic, work well under pressure, people person and always maintain a professional appearance. Quick learner and always willing to help others where and when needed. I am a creative and positive person. I feel that when I work for a company I give my all to it. I will not disappoint. Fluent in spanish.

      Cons

      If I make a mistake, I learn from it and will admit to my mistakes, I have a bad habbit of re-checking my work over and over, and feel that I need to be more confident in what I produce and not be affraid of making mistakes. I fear of making errors and I rarely do, but feel I need to spend less time worring about it and believing that the work produce is good work and not to second quess myself.

      Pros

      A company that is always exploring new and inovative ways to grow itself and lift its employees in the process. The company values its employees and invests in their development.

      Cons

      In its effort to continually improve, there are growing pains felt. Overtime and deadlines can be some of the symptoms of this growth.

      Great Company to Work for

      Pros

      Best company by far in the wine industry. Technology and training drive their business. It is still a family owned and grows every year both by aquisitions and new brand launches which keep it interesting for it's employees. The guaranteed 401K allotment given to employees each year is better than anything I have heard from any company in any industry.

      Cons

      Compensation is conservative and while you won't get rich working there you will have job security. They started a bonus plan that pays well but is taxed heavily when you hit it. Movement through their system has become stagnant over the last few years and in order to get promoted you typically have to move so it becomes more difficult for those with families.
