      Pros

      Terrific place to work with great co-workers and functional leads. This is a company this is all about its people and their continuous development through an extensive training curriculum. The benefits from E & J Gallo/Manulife are the best that I have seen in my entire career in Canada.

      There are no significant cons to working at E & J Gallo

      Good atmosphere and generous treatment of employees like lots of team lunches, days out

      Preference for long term staff to be moved into key positions

      Great learning opportunities and supportive culture

      Pros

      >Theres lots to learn especially during these period with the rise with AI and automation. This company encourage more. > UK Office is very open culturally and it surprises me when I wanted to host a festive season in relation to our products ie Dark Horse for the year of the Horse 2026 > The UK company have also shown interest in developing me further as an accountant especially when I came in with zero experience > The job allows me to be more than just an accountant and allow me to do more than just book keeping. I m happy to have the opportunity to learn and help others, other than accounting stuff.

      Cons

      > There are certain individuals whom may not see things eye to eye in terms of developing/ core values lay out but at the end of the day as long as the overall company can benefit from this improvements, its a win situation regardless. This sort of situation appears in most companies but as long as you have majority support, it doesnt matter.
