One the best things about working at Gallo is the great culture and what really makes it a special place to work is the people. This company has a true 'family' feel.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons at this time.

Pros

A very inclusive company Lots of perks (Company Car, subsidised, Gym Membership and Generous pension) Good Employee loyalty with all the staff Very Supportive further Education and family time If you work hard you will be rewarded Very progressive thinking and lots of new ideas Flexible working environment No need for suits-smart casual working attire

Cons

It is a large company. Due to strong employee loyalty, naturally their's not much movement on current roles. Only new created roles. Head Office is in not central London

Pros

-there are a lot of great people who work hard and are great to be around

Cons

-Company forecast goals are higher than achievable -Moral is low from over promising and under delivering -Management is based remotely and are not visible, when they are it is not a positive experience -Yearly trips cancelled, was the only "perk" -Salary is markedly lower than industry standard -HR is more concerned with following employees on social media than improving culture -High turnover rate that no one will address -No transparency -Promotions from within are nearly impossible -In-fighting and tension is high and morale is low -Reward and merit are given to employees who have been there the longest, regardless of actual contribution
