Pros
Great work life balance and company culture—everyone at Gallo has to start in the entry level field sales position so upper management all the way up to corporate level understands the day to day and would never ask you to do something they haven’t done themselves. Also very fun work environment with tons of perks including high end incentives and company trips + outings. Gallo has clearly been successful throughout the years and chooses to put a lot of its earnings back into the employees benefit
Cons
Very fast pace and high turnover in terms of promotion, you or your co-workers that you’ve gotten to know will move onto other opportunities throughout the company quickly. Which is super great but a little bittersweet if you enjoy staying in the same location or aren't as comfortable with change.
