      Great people. Opportunities in annual merit increases and PTO policy

      Pros

      -Great people -Nice campus in Modesto -Company culture is fun if you get into it -Wine Shop in Modesto is nice

      Cons

      -Annual merit % increases to base pay are not enough to beat out inflation. The cost of living is increasing in the valley (food, rent, services, gas, etc.) and my take-home pay will cover less and less if this is the trend going forward -PTO is a combination of vacation AND sick time. Employees come to work to avoid using PTO while they are sick -Location. Modesto/Central Valley is not the safest in certain areas

      Pros

      Good opportunity to start off in the wine industry. Helps to make connections to other distributors and suppliers

      Cons

      False promises about pay, territory, and promotion occurred constantly. If you tell me something is going to happen, be truthful and not hide behind "corporate decisions changing"
