Giant in the Industry, but Needs to be Adaptable to Survive

Pros

Very impressive catalog of products, clearly a company on the rise with recent acquisitions & growth. Growth potential is very high here.

Cons

Asking workers to take PTO if they can't come into the office on the designated in-office dates doesn't make ANY logical sense. Provide more flexibility to your employees that live farther away (come in 1x a month or quarter) or provide more incentives.

Pros

Wonderful place to work. Family oriented and supportive of their employees. Management in my department is very supportive and helpful. A lot of opportunities for advancement and additional training to further your career. Most employees I work with are very smart and driven, which I appreciate since I am the same. Management is also great at helping employees understand processes that are new to them.

Cons

Some roles that are very deadline-driven can become overwhelming when team members don't share when the deadlines are until the last minute. However, management is always helpful when this occurs.
