Pros

It’s a good job company to start at out of college, you will learn a lot and have the opportunities to learn different parts of the business. The company has a well know and respected name, so if you decide to leave your work experience will take you far.

Cons

Management tends to get lost in the weeds and loses their best talent by being inflexible and not listening to employee needs. Salaries are FAR below industry.

Pros

Fun meetings, alcohol, free alcohol, fun trips, room for advancement. After initial positions, it becomes more fun.

Cons

Pay is way too low. They tell you the job is one thing and the next day you are on your knees wiping up shelfs in Walmart at 8pm on a Friday. Also no holidays off...

Insurance poor. Pay poor. Supervisors disorganized. Training poor. They give booze if you do good.
