Have always been made to feel like part of the team. Have been very lucky to work with such great teams.

Cons

Sometimes not having a degree can hold you back, even if you are capable of doing more.

a place where you can build long lasting relationships with colleagues that feel like family, flexibility with career pathing and growth and ample opportunity to try something new within the same organization, leaders that are willing to listen and learn but hold steadfast to the long term vision, a place where employees truly care about the health of the organization

Cons

highly engaged executive leadership team sometimes causes false sense of urgency/anxiety, difficult to get additional headcount/investment

Pros

Make your own schedule, great team atmosphere, fun team meetings and work is generally social

Cons

Was told the hours were 6-2pm which was fine, but actually ended up being a 4am start due to expectations from buyers. Really no flexibility if you want to get product on the floor. You will be putting wine on the shelves (technically not allowed) but ended up being a more laborious job than anything.
