Off early sometimes and teammates are cool

Cons

Completely autonomous, management shifts too frequently, PTO blocked for a full quarter of the year, no commission and bonus incentives not adequate for physical labor, awake around 4am daily

Pros

Only thing I can think of is they bring in real trainers to get you certified for some of the things needed.

Cons

Poor leadership. Poor organization within the maintenance department in all aspects. It also felt as if I went back to middle school the way everyone rumors about one another.
