Jobs are base off which contract you are placed in and when contract ends there may not be an available placement for you, so jobs are not stable.

Decent Pay,given a 9-5(40 Hrs a week) work schedule. Sometimes 88 hour pay scale.

Cons

Get paid every on the 7th and 22nd of each month(can be tedious). Company rarely reaches out to you unless you contact first. No workplace security or stability.
