The company has a good reputation with their clients and it really cares about their employees. Working with them for over five years I did not have an issue with them. They are always fair and accommodating. Can’t go wrong working for this company.

Cons

The company doesn’t provide a lot of professional development and growth opportunities. It does not provide a clear path for advancement or lateral movement. However, it mainly depends on the individual, their professional experience, and contract that they are under on with GAP Solutions.

Pay and staff are really friendly. Great support even when you are off site.

Cons

No real chance for advancement. They will post lateral jobs but it seems that they are not available to current employees.
