Pros

Overall good company. They are good for entry level people, especially people right out of college. Company management is extremely distant, but they have their heart in the right place. Pay is generally fair. Benefits are ok, but the sick leave policy that they are required to have is a little bit absurd.

Cons

Management is distant Contract employees can be made to feel very replaceable in a rude way Quality control of other contractors who don't meet client standards- sometimes GAPSI just throws in bodies at the problem

Proactive business development team is always looking for new opportunities and to expand. GAPSI has multiple partners in the contracting field to assist in large and complex contracts.

Cons

Growth outpaced the size of the staff at one point, resulting in loss of contracts that would otherwise have grown the company bottom line.
