Pros

Easy work, Not a very strict company

Cons

The pay is horrible, they do Health & Wellness which takes from your hourly amount. I took the job thinking i was getting paid 22 hrly. Turns out almost 4 goes to my healthcare that you have to take unless you have your own, and NO that 4 dollars does not go in your pocket if you refuse healthcare. this job is for a retired person maybe. yet again simple job but bad pay for the work.

Low Stress, Fun Work Environment!

Pros

I never feel overworked as we are able to work at our own pace and listen to music on headphones while we work. We can take lunch per our phone schedules, and there's a gym in the next building over. My work is just challenging enough and we change roles every 6 mos, which really helps with workplace boredom.

Cons

We only acquire 3.33 hours of PTO per paycheck, we don't get our 2 weeks worth of PTO all at once like other companies for which I have worked. Also, we get paid on the 7th and 22nd of each month, which is a huge hassle when there's over 2 weeks between pay checks.

Pros

Gap Solutions is an excellent company to work for. They care about their employees and were in constant contact with them. If you had questions or concerns, there response to getting back to you was within 24 hours if not before. Their benefits are excellent, they are very involved in the community, they have functions outside of the work environment for staff to get together.

Cons

The only con I have is that my contract was awarded to another company and so I am no longer with Gap Solutions, Inc.
