Not a good place to work if you are 50 or older.

Pros

Salaries are reasonable. Workload keeps you busy but excessive overtime is not required. Work has the potential to be interesting with opportunities for process improvement and automation. Both would be excellent growth opportunities.

Cons

Management is disingenuous and secretive. They play favorites (particularly to younger employees) giving them more opportunities for growth and choice assignments. They do not foster teamwork and are not open to ideas that are not their own. They micromanage the detail. They do not mentor but instead dictate. I would not recommend it to a friend as a good place to work.

Pros

The culture and people are awesome. A variety of work and plenty of learning opportunities. A lot of fun activities too.

Cons

Adding an ESOP to the benefits package would be a nice benefit and would allow all employees to participate in stock ownership.
