I started my career right out of college with GCG, and I have been with them for the past few years. The team is very supportive of my aspirations, goals and career development. It's reassuring to feel like I have an impact on this company and that they are active in helping me grow. GCG also cares about feedback. In the past couple of years, GCG has implemented a bi-annual survey for all colleagues to share feedback about their work experience. This has led to changes within the company such as additional time off, work-from-home policies, and access to new benefits.

Everyone is so welcoming, friendly and inclusive. There is a high level of communication, respect, collaboration and support for one another. I love that I have the ability to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Great culture, genuine people! Employees are constantly celebrated and recognized for a job well done. We consider everyone family and that's reflected in how we treat each other. There is no shortage of people willing to help or take the time to answer questions. It's truly a team mentality and collaboration is at the heart of how the firm works. Leadership truly cares about our employees' health, wellbeing and work life balance. Decisions are made with everyone in mind and are based on what's best for our employees, our teams and our clients.

Cons

Having the majority of employees still working remotely, the offices are relatively quiet these days. But when we do come together (for meetings and trainings), it feels like "the good old days".
