Pros

The people are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like part of the family. They will help you out and train you in what you need to know. They check in on you to make sure that you are doing ok and if you need any help. They will get you outside of your comfort zone in a good way. They also will not pressure you if there is something you are uncomfortable with.

Cons

Working remotely you don't get to see who you are working with. There are a lot of meetings to start off with.

The feeling of community and inclusion as well as the focus on a collaborative atmosphere is the greatest I have ever felt. You really do feel like part of the solution and that you make a difference. We work together to learn, challenge and support each other so we can best serve the needs of each other and our clients. It's like a family.

Cons

I do not have any cons at this time. GCG and the Alera Group really make working here a blessing.
