There is plenty of room for growth and lots of encouragement and support for those who wish to do so. Sky is the limit, you can carve out your own path here and be supported while you do. The benefits are generous and their attention paid to health both mental and physical is on point. There is also a great sense of pride shared between everyone you work with. It is easy to look forward to going to work every day especially when you know the company you are working for values you and where your voice is truly heard! The leadership team is caring and supportive, I have many strong women to look up to and to aspire to be like. My leader understands me and how I work best. She frequently guides me but clears the path so that I can grow and shine. I am super proud of my team and all that they have accomplished.
