- They give plenty of recognition. - They have a growth-mindset (not just in terms of company sales growth, but in terms of how to keep improving and doing better for their employees). - They listen to their employees and always want feedback. - Currently have a "work where best" philosophy so you can work in-office or work from home. - They have a plethora of resources for collaboration and assistance whenever needed.

Pros

These are some of the best people I’ve worked with. Not only within our company, but with our larger parent company as well. Co-workers respect each other and are more than happy to offer input or help whenever asked. Plus, we’re encouraged to collaborate and share ideas with co-workers across other firms, and it actually happens. I think this makes the work we do better for our clients. Good benefits and time off. The holiday schedule was expanded after a company-wide survey revealed that people wanted more time off during the first half of the year. Leadership listens to employees and genuinely wants us to be happy.
