Low pay, low valued, overworked - If you like to settle, this is a good company

Very family oriented Benefits are greatly priced Great for people who like to settle and don't have ambitions Friendly co-workers

Cons

The pay is way under market You are not valued as an employee It is very hard to get promotions - you have to carve them out for yourself and even if you do, don't expect to get paid for them. During 4th quarter expect to work 65+ hours a week - they say they offer overtime but it's hard to get it approved.

I'm proud to work with this diverse, collaborative, forward-thinking, and energetic team of insurance and financial services professionals. From the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic which brought us all home, to the currently extended remote workplace environment, GCG Financial has taken the appropriate steps to keep us motivated, engaged, technologically advanced, and productive. Collaboration, work/life balance, philanthropy, and strong communications remain the guiding principals of our continued success.

Cons

The only con I have is that I wish I had started working for GCG Financial earlier in my career. This is where I need to be.
