Co-workers are friendly and helpful Management team are constantly taking surveys asking how they can improve the work environment Pre-Covid lunch area has great coffee machine and available snacks and drinks Work where best policy, can choose to work from home or in the office through out the week but is encourage to come into the office for big meetings

Cons

Management Team does not do employee evaluations , so bonuses and salary increases are not based on a measurable performance base

Pros

Been working at GCG since Fall of 2020 and so far I have been very happy. Management has been great and care about employee moral and do what they can to maintain a work/life balance. Office environment is very nice and modern, with various small perks like a fancy coffee machine and small snacks available in the lunch room. GCG is also part of the Alera Group which has been growing substantially over the past few years, so as of writing this (2022) there is a lot of growth opportunities within the company for those willing to pursue them.
