GCG Really Cares about their Employees Wellbeing

GCG has some of the best people I have ever worked with and for. They make you feel like family. Leadership really cares about everyone's wellbeing and recently instituted a work where best policy. Leadership is always looking to improve the employee work experience as well as the client experience. I was blessed that my company was acquired by GCG in 2020. It has been a truly wonderful experience. The director I work under is the best manager I have ever had!

The culture is the best I have seen and it starts at the top as all great companies do. They have created a warm, inviting atmosphere that transcends to all employees. Futher, they have cultivated an amazing collaborative belief that continues to translate into success among all divisions.

Cons

Need more account management which has been felt among all in our industry. We have to get more people desiring to be in this great business of insurance risk management.
